This year, The Joy of Food & Wine has partnered with acclaimed Chef Jeremy Shigekane of M by Chef Mavro to curate a variety of culinary adventures in lieu of an in-person event.

Sponsorships range from $2,500 to $15,000. Our offerings include an array of options from wine dinners at your home to chef-made specialties delivered to your doorstep.

Highlights include a tasting menu that showcases a mouthwatering meli melo of Peterson farmed eggs with black truffle and verde sauce; fresh fish with herbs and a vierge sauce; watermelon in champagne gelee; and honeycake with macerated fruit. The market box is brimming with house-made specialties created just for this event. This unique charcuterie features a freshly baked baguette with seeds; seaweed butter, radish; San Daniele prosciutto; fish rillette with island olive aioli & fricassee salad; goat cheese tomme, infused dried fruit; and green olives. M by Chef Mavro is loved for its commitment to locally-sourced, high-quality ingredients and innovative modern Hawaii regional cuisine.

Market Baskets and the Tasting Menu are accompanied by wines selected by Warren Shon of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.  Similar to the annual Joy of Food & Wine at the Halekulani, this year's food and wine packages are unique and not available anywhere else.
