Visitor Information

We understand the importance of having loved ones by your side during the recovery process. Here's all you need to know about visiting hours and other visitor information:

Visiting Hours

Our visiting hours are designed to accommodate the needs of both patients and their visitors. Please note therapy sessions are scheduled between 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Your therapy schedule will be made available to you the evening prior. Due to scheduling, therapy sessions cannot be adjusted to accommodate visitors. We appreciate your understanding.

Visiting hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday: 2 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday and holidays: 11:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Holidays include New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Kamehameha Day, Independence Day, Admissions Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Visitor Guidelines

To ensure the safety and comfort of all patients, visitors are kindly asked to observe the following guidelines:

  • Check-In Procedure: Our main entrance is along the rear, mountain facing side of the building. All visitors must check-in at the inpatient check-in kiosk at the main reception desk upon arrival.
  • Limited Visitors: To maintain a calm and restful environment conducive to healing, we request that each patient has a maximum of two visitors at a time.
  • Infection Prevention: Anyone entering the hospital should stay home if they are ill or not feeling well.
  • No Smoking Policy: REHAB is a smoke-free facility (including vaping and e-cigarettes). Smoking is strictly prohibited within the facility.
  • Children Visitation: Children 2 or older are welcome to visit, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We ask that children be supervised to avoid disruption to other patients.
  • Pets: No pets are allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis for visitors in the designated parking areas (along the Diamond Head (eastern) fence and on the small visitor lot adjacent to the front entrance).
