Let's Talk About Healthy Eating & Nutrition

The topic of discussion for our June meeting will include healthy eating and nutrition. Sodexo Manager, Susan Asato, will be joining us to discuss the importance and availability of reduced sugar, salt, and low fat menu options when you eat out. Be sure to stay for the entire meeting as Susan will also be conducting a health cooking demo to showcase the benefits of healthy eating!

There are times when finding the home care solution that’s right for you can be overwhelming, especially in Honolulu with its growing aging population. Attention Plus Care will be joining us at our August meeting to present information on their services that are available to individuals of all ages. REHAB Stroke Club has changed the frequency of our meetings. Instead of having our Stroke Club meetings every month, we now have our meetings EVERY OTHER MONTH. Other than the frequency of our meetings, nothing has changed. We still promise to provide the best community resources and educational topics that will help you in rebuilding your lives!
