REHAB Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB) has announced the hiring of Courtney Miller as its new Director of Human Resources. Miller comes to REHAB asan accomplished human resources professional with more than 19 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including leadership, employee management, training and development, recruitment, payroll, benefits, strategic planning and compliance. She has proven herself to be a highly effective executive who incorporates leadership skills and innovation to successfully achieve business objectives.

Miller comes to REHAB from Aloha Air Cargo where she served as Human Resources Manager. In her new role at REHAB, she will be responsible for all of the human resource functions, including, but not limited to, leadership, strategic management, compliance, talent and acquisition management, performance management, compensation, benefits and leaves, employee and labor relations, payroll, records and information management, among other duties.
