Arthur was being a helpful neighbor when he offered to help a friend fix his fence. This kind act took a turn when Arthur fell 12 feet into a drainage ditch and paralyzed the entire left and lower left side of his body. Find out more about how his work with REHAB put him on the path to recovery.
