Aging and Driving

Man driving in REHAB Drivers Program
Monday, April 2, 2018

April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month, a perfect time to share how aging and other impairments can impact our driving abilities.  It is important to be aware of possible changes and to begin incorporating safe driving practices on the road for as long as possible.

REHAB’s Drivers Program provides participants with a comprehensive evaluation to assess one’s ability to continue driving or return to driving.  Our team of Driver Rehabilitation Specialists are trained to recognize the impact of aging, impairments and other risk factors that may limit one’s ability to drive safely.  If you or a loved one are experiencing age-related driving impairments, or suffered a life-changing event that impacts your ability to drive, contact REHAB’s Drivers Program at (808) 566-3862.
