Automated Recurring Gifts
Thank you for your interest in supporting REHAB Foundation through recurring gifts. Please see below for instructions on how to set up your automated gift.
Step 1: Go to our secure online donation page
Step 2: Choose "Make a single gift"
Step 3: Select or enter the amount you wish to donate for each recurrence
Step 4: Check the box "Make this a recurring gift"
Step 5: Select the frequency of your recurring donation: monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually
Step 6: Select the day on which you would like the gift to recur
Step 7: Confirm the details of your donation and proceed with entering the rest of your gift and payment information
