The REHAB Foundation was established in 1984 to support the REHAB Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB)’s mission to serve individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities as well as injuries including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and more. REHAB Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3). Our federal tax ID number is 99-0241634. All gifts stay in Hawaii and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
