On Sunday, July 30, 2023, REHAB Hospital of the Pacific, the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System and Adaptive Adventures will be holding an adaptive cycling event on the Diamond Head side of Kapiolani Regional Park (near the tennis courts). The goal is to give those with physical disabilities a chance to experience adaptive cycling with the support of trained physical therapists and other volunteers.
The free event runs from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., but there are multiple one hour shifts. Space is limited so sign up today!
We are also seeking volunteers to assist with being a buddy rider, check in, setting up and breaking down. There are two 3 hour shifts available.
