Why REHAB?

Proper rehabilitation can make a difference in recovery. For those injured in an accident or by illness, understanding the differences between a certified rehabilitation facility and other health care organizations are vital to choosing a facility that will best fulfill their needs. Although rehabilitation services are offered in a variety of settings, the quality, quantity and comprehensiveness of these services varies significantly.

Why choose REHAB?

1. Hawaii's Leader in Hospital-Level Rehabilitation

For 70 years, REHAB Hospital of the Pacific has been dedicated to rebuilding lives. As the only comprehensive medical rehabilitation hospital in Hawaii, REHAB has been providing exemplary care to those with physical and cognitive disabilities, such as stroke and spinal cord injuries, empowering patients to reach optimal health and independence.

The year ending in September 30, 2022 was impacted by COVID-19, but REHAB continues to impact and serve our community through our high-quality inpatient and outpatient care. We served 1,355 inpatients in our hospital, many who benefited from continuing their recovery through our outpatient services. In the same year, 5,956 patients received care at our outpatient clinics and Physicians Clinic, our hospital-based outpatient clinic.
