Creative Arts Program
AAA

The Creative Arts Program at the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific Foundation was established in 1994. Utilizing a variety of art media as a treatment modality, this innovative therapeutic art studio complements our existing therapy programs to enhance the rehabilitative process and improve the quality of life of our patients.

Since its inception, more than 700 patients have benefitted from over 70,000 art sessions.

Creative Arts Program Application

CALL FOR COMMUNITY ARTISTS!  REHAB is searching for local artists that would like to be a part of this year's annual "Art from the Heart" fundraiser event on Nov. 7 at REHAB. The event is an art sale and exhibition for REHAB's Creative Arts Program, and helps offset the costs associated with the program, including professional art instructors, canvas, paints, brushes and other supplies. Artwork ranges in price from $20 to $2,500 for each unique piece. In years past, Hawaii artists including Peggy Chun, Jodi Endicott, Satoru Abe, Mark Brown, Deborah Nehmad, Mary Philpotts, Mari Sakamoto, Kelly Sueda, Lloyd Sueda, Yumi Vong and Neil Tepper supported the fundraiser by contributing 50 to 100 % of the sale price of their art to REHAB.
