Within two (2) months of date of hire, CPR certification (Health care provider course or equivalent which includes neonatal, child, adult and AED’s).
The REHAB Community Liaison II performs activities and duties related to the identification of potential patients and referral sources for services along the rehabilitation continuum of care. The primary role of the REHAB Community Liaison II is two-fold: 1) to identify individuals who will potentially benefit from program services and arrange for the further evaluation of those individuals, and 2) to promote and market REHAB’s programs and services. The Community Liaison II works under the direction of the Director of Community Development.
In the course of performing job duties, the REHAB Community Liaison II also serves as an educator, advocate, consultant, facilitator, negotiator and collaborator.
