Licensed Practical Nurse (Day Shift)
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Hawaii. CPR certification within 2 months of hire date. Successful completion of the medication test within 3 weeks of the start of orientation. Annual completion of CPR and competencies requirements.
Job Duties:
Collaborates with the Registered Nurse in delivering nursing care and patient/caregiver education activities through participation in interdisciplinary assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with established policies and procedures of the hospital. Administers medications and treatments.
Skills/Experience:
One year acute, rehab, and/or home health care experience as a LPN.
