Registered Nurse (Day, Evening & Night Shifts)
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the State of Hawaii. Current CPR certification within 2 months of date of hire. Annual completion of CPR and competencies requirements.
Job Duties:
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the use of the nursing process, i.e., assessment, planning, implemnetiona, and evaluation. Incorporates the nursing process and continuous quality improvement to support the organization's mission and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Directs and guides patients/family teaching and activities of ancillary personnel wihile maintaining standards of professional practice and training.
Skills/Experience:
One-year experience and/or completion of required clinical experiences from an accredited nursing school as a new graduate. Knowledge of the nursing process and quality improvement process. Good inerpersonal skills and a team player.
