Welcome to Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB). Our team is committed to providing you with excellent care and services and assisting you in achieving your rehabilitation goals.

Upon admission, each individual is assigned a dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals led by a physician with experience in medical rehabilitation.  All care is coordinated with the team, individual and family from admission through discharge to ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge.  Upon discharge, follow-up appointments are scheduled with the primary care physician and continued outpatient therapy as needed.
